Bill Sanden brings many years of expertise to SSA.
Specializing in Audit Services, he has been with
the company since 1981 and is a Certified Public
Accountant in both Colorado and Utah. He is a
member of numerous professional and local
associations, and has served in many positions in the
Colorado Society of CPAs and the Colorado Springs
Chamber of Commerce. He served as a bank
director for three years and treasurer for the Court
Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Bill is a wine
aficionado and enjoys spending time with and spoiling
his grandchildren.
Russ Anderson has been with SSA since 1981 and
is an expert in Tax and Estate Planning as well as Business Consulting Services. He is
active in the community, having volunteered with Pikes
Peak Hospice and the Colorado Springs Public Library
Right to Read Program, and taught college courses in
taxation and accounting. Russ is highly respected and
has been engaged to consult on a variety of business
issues, as well as by a major insurance company to
provide analyses regarding income and wage claims.
He has also served as an expert witness in Chapter
11 and Chapter 7 cases for his knowledge of tax and
accounting issues. An outdoorsman at heart, Russ
enjoys spending time with his wife and barking four-legged
children and wears his official "office adrenaline
junkie" badge with pride.
Gary Seltzer II brings years of Tax and Estate
Planning expertise to SSA, and has been with the
company since 1986. In addition to the state and
national CPA associations that all five partners belong
to, Gary is also a member of the Colorado Springs
Estate Planning Council. He is a board member of
the Springs Rescue Mission and the Eagles Glen
Foundation. He is a past treasurer and secretary
for the local chapter of the Institute of Management
Accountants. Gary enjoys spending time with his
grandchildren (and spoiling them), and is considered
an all-around good guy.
Tom O'Neal has been with SSA since 1997 and
specializes in Tax and Estate
Planning as well as Business Consulting Services.
Tom is active in the community and has worked with
many small businesses in a variety of industries during
his accounting career. In addition to providing tax and
business consulting services, he has served as an
expert witness in various court actions for his expertise
in tax and accounting issues and has provided forensic
accounting to local attorneys in support of fraud cases.
Tom enjoys spending time with his family and loves to
golf as he continues to chase the elusive hole–in–one.
Eric Bowers has provided SSA with Audit and Business Consulting Service expertise since 2000. He is a
member of several professional associations and
is very active in the community. Eric has served a
variety of functions for a long list of local associations
including serving as treasurer for the Big Brothers,
Big Sisters Board of Directors, and working with the
Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce. He is a
Colorado native and currently serves on the Finance
Council of the Divine Redeemer Catholic Church and is
a member of the Construction Financial Management
Association, serving as treasurer for the Pikes Peak
chapter. Eric loves kids and has three boys; he is also
a motorhead and "feels the need for speed."
