Job Posting:

The minimum qualifications all candidates must possess include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • Eagerness to continue learning and expanding professionally
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong college transcript with minimum 4-year degree
  • An inquisitive nature
  • A desire to make an impact

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks
  • Assignment of projects
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Researching tax issues
  • Preparation of income tax returns
  • Willingness to participate in firm events and education efforts
  • Exploring new opportunities and alternatives for clients
  • Solid tax preparation and Microsoft Office software experience
  • Pro System Engagement software a plus


The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting
  • Licensed CPA (or candidate working on examination)
  • Strong working knowledge in corporate, partnership and individual income tax
  • Experience with non-profit enterprises a plus but not required
