Job Posting:

CPA Tax Accountant

The minimum qualifications all candidates must possess include:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and creative skills
Eagerness to continue learning and expanding professionally
Strong computer skills
Strong college transcript with minimum 4-year degree
An inquisitive nature
A desire to make an impact

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks
Assignment of projects
Monitoring deadlines
Researching tax issues
Preparation of income tax returns
Willingness to participate in firm events and education efforts
Exploring new opportunities and alternatives for clients
Solid tax preparation and Microsoft Office software experience
Pro System Engagement software a plus

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting
Licensed CPA (or candidate working on examination)
Strong working knowledge in corporate, partnership and individual income tax
Experience with non-profit enterprises a plus but not required
