Tax Manager

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks
Assignment of projects
Monitoring deadlines
Research complex issues
Review of income tax returns
Preparation of income tax returns
Willingness to participate in marketing efforts
Exploring new opportunities and alternatives for clients
Attracting new clients
Billing

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

7+ years of experience in public accounting
Licensed CPA
Strong college transcript with minimum 4-year degree
Strong working knowledge in corporate, partnership and individual income tax levels
Experience with non-profit a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and creative skills
Eagerness to continue learning and expanding professionally
Strong computer skills

Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks
Assignment and management of financial statement reporting engagements
Monitor and ensure deadlines are met
Researching complex/unique financial reporting issues
Planning and review of audit, review and compilation engagements
Exploring new opportunities and alternatives for clients
Willingness to participate in marketing efforts
Attracting new clients
Maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying client service opportunities
Client billing
Mentoring and training audit team members

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
Licensed CPA
Strong understanding of GAAP, OCBOA, GAAS and SSARS
Strong college transcript with minimum 4-year degree

Audit Professional

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks
Monitor and ensure deadlines are met
Researching complex/unique financial reporting issues
Planning and preparation of audit, review and compilation engagements
Identifying new opportunities and alternatives for clients
Maintaining strong client relationships
Willingness to participate in marketing efforts
Mentoring and training audit team members

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

2+ years of experience in public accounting
Passed or actively working towards passing the CPA exam
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP, OCBOA, GAAS and SSARS
Strong college transcript with minimum 4-year degree
