Benefits
Health insurance coverage is provided.
This is a PPO plan and includes prescription drug coverage. The
firm pays the entire premium for individual coverage. Dependent coverage is
available, but not paid by the firm. Eligibility is the first of the
month following thirty days of employment.
Life insurance coverage is provided through the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants group plan. Coverage is three times your annual salary rounded
to the next thousand dollars. Dependent
coverage is included at $4,000 per child and spousal coverage is one-fourth of your
coverage to a maximum of $20,000. The firm
pays the entire premium. Eligibility is the
first of the month following six months of employment.
We offer a cafeteria plan that covers both health care
and dependent care benefits. Eligibility is
the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Our team manual contains a complete copy of the plan documents.
New team members are eligible to begin deferring wages
into our 401k plan after three months of employment.
Eligibility for employer matching and profit sharing contributions is twelve
months of employment. The plan allows for an
employer match of up to 3% of annual salary. After
eligibility requirements are met, employees are 100% vested in this plan.
We offer a getaway weekend to each team member during
our busy season. This entails a half day off
on Friday and reimbursement of up to $200 of expenses incurred for an out of town getaway.
We offer six paid holidays per year. Additionally, we take a day of rest on April 16th,
and an extra day with the July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving holidays.
We have a liberal combined vacation and sick leave policy. Vacation/sick leave begins accruing upon employment, and the time is considered earned after one year of employment.
We have a flextime program
that allows team members to have every other Friday afternoon off from April 15 through
December 31, providing the team members have completed their 40 hours of work for their
assigned flex week. |
